App admins
App admins can invite people, manage access, and restore deleted projects and workspaces. Super-admins can also add and remove other admins. You can add someone before they have signed in.
Trusted domains
Invited people at these domains can create their own workspaces. Anyone else can create one only if they already own a workspace. Only super-admins can change this list.
Branding
Shown on the sign-in page, the apps page, Plan Results and the emails.
Team access
Invite people and see who has access. "Send invite" creates their account and emails them sign-in instructions; "Copy invite message" copies those instructions to paste into a message, handy when a corporate mail filter blocks the email. They sign in with a one-time code — no link to click.
Workspaces
Every workspace is company data. Reassign an owner any time; removing a person moves their workspaces to you, never deletes them.
Contact list backfill
Puts everyone who can open a workspace on its workspace contact list, the owner included. Preview shows each change; nothing is written until Apply.
